Rowing Elbow Injuries How Do I Treat An Elbow Injury?

How do i treat an elbow injury? - rowing elbow injuries

I have a sort of slight elbow injury. I seem to miss the nerve at the elbow. "I think the use of a rowing machine with poor technique. It did not take injured while working, but started after a few hours and spent the whole day.
What must I do to feel better? Rest? Some exercises? Ice? The heat? Can someone tell me more about what can this injury and perhaps something could be done to avoid that if you use the rowing machine again?

Best, no more with the rowing machine. You can try a different form of exercise.

I propose an anti-inflammatory pain nerves (neuropathic pain, nothing else is true), to relieve something like Advil or Aleve.

In addition, ice and / or heat. What makes you feel better for you. You have to experiment it.

Rest, to help when ever possible. Good luck. :)

I had a similar injury, I was in a sling. After 2 weeks or so she began to feel better if the news was slightly better than leaving the sling Statra and turn as much as possible, even when I was a little painful
