Whats the difference between Philadelphia style Ice Cream and Custard / Cream Style? - custard cream memory stick
I looked at the recipe for my new ice cream maker and a good web site has two recipes in a mean, in egg mixture and vanilla sauce emerged as a style, the other is the same without the eggs and called Philadelphia style.
Texture wise it is the difference? The differences in taste? Which is better?

The eggs have a richer, deeper flavor and more calories, but both are delicious.
